Objectives ·        To provide information advice and guidance and practical support which assists the residents of local communities of the United Kingdom, in particular but not restricted to the North East,Tees Valley to gain entry into employment, enterprise, self employment ,education, training or voluntary work.            ·       Assisting the creation, development and capacity building of the voluntary and community sector including social enterprises to undertake sustainable employment, enterprise, education, training projects and businesses. ·       Enable residents of disadvantaged communities to undertake sustainable enterprise activities which benefit the regeneration and strengthen the economy of local communities.
At Working Alternatives we want to be as transparent as possible to ensure our beneficiaries know our primary aim is to help them.
