At Working Alternatives we want to be as transparent as possible to ensure our beneficiaries know our primary aim is to help them. We believe this is best achieved by being transparent and open and to share information openly and freely to avoid any misunderstanding and confusion. We intend to achieve this by adopting the seven Nolan Principles of public life. The added value to our customers who wish to set up a Social Enterprise is that they are able to see the bigger picture and will hopefully benfit from seeing the process in action.
